How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during peak seasons. Same-day bookings are possible depending on availability, but advance booking guarantees preferred vehicles and timing.
Do I need to pre-book an airport taxi in Iceland?
Yes, pre-booking your airport taxi is strongly recommended in Iceland. Unlike major metropolitan airports, Keflavík International Airport has periods where taxis are limited, especially late at night, early morning, or during peak travel seasons (June–August and December–February).

Pre-booking ensures a driver is assigned specifically to you, your price is fixed in advance, and your transfer is confirmed even if your flight is delayed. Another benefit is that pre-booked drivers monitor your flight in real time and adjust their arrival accordingly, so you don’t need to worry about waiting or additional charges. This is especially important in Iceland, where weather conditions can frequently affect flight schedules.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
You will not be charged extra for delays. We monitor all flights landing at KEF using real-time tracking tools. If your flight arrives late (or early), we automatically update your pickup time. Your driver adjusts the schedule and waits for you, ensuring you won’t lose your booking or pay delay fees.

This makes pre-booked private transfers far more reliable than taxis from the queue, which cannot wait long or track your flight. With us, your booking is secure regardless of how the airline reschedules your arrival.
Where will the driver meet me at Keflavík Airport?
Your driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall, right after you exit customs. They will hold a sign with your name or your group name clearly displayed. After greeting you, the driver will assist with luggage and escort you to your vehicle, which is parked close to the terminal in a designated pickup zone. We ensure the process is smooth and stress-free, especially for first-time visitors who may be unfamiliar with the airport layout.

Can I visit the Blue Lagoon during my airport transfer?
Yes, and this is one of our most popular services. The Blue Lagoon is located perfectly between Reykjavík and KEF Airport, making it ideal for both arrival and departure days. You can stop at the lagoon for a relaxing 2–3 hours, and your driver will wait with your luggage safely stored in the vehicle. After your visit, you'll be driven directly to your hotel or the airport.

It’s the most efficient and enjoyable way to experience the Blue Lagoon without sacrificing time from your itinerary.
Does the driver wait at the Blue Lagoon?
Yes. Your driver stays nearby during your entire visit and keeps your luggage secure in the vehicle. This eliminates the need for storing bags in lockers or carrying extra items. When you finish your visit, your driver will meet you at the designated pickup zone and continue the journey immediately.
Do you provide Blue Lagoon admission tickets?
We do not sell tickets, but we highly recommend booking them directly through the official Blue Lagoon website in advance, as time slots can sell out quickly. Once you secure your ticket, we’ll coordinate transfers to match your entry time.

What types of vehicles do you offer?
We offer three classes:

How much luggage can each vehicle hold?
Sedans can typically fit 3–4 standard suitcases. Minivans can hold significantly more, including strollers and equipment. If you have oversized luggage, simply notify us during booking—we’ll recommend the best vehicle class.
Do you offer child seats?
Yes. Child seats and boosters are available free of charge. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare the correct seat type.

Are your prices fixed?
Yes, absolutely. All prices are fixed at the time of booking and include everything—taxes, fuel, and flight delay waiting time. You will never pay extra for traffic, weather delays, or baggage.
